    The first few months are amazing and then the book starts to repeat and become trite. By December I couldn’t wait to be done. The Daily Stoic is a better book.

    I absolutely loved this book. It was a joy to read an entry a day for the year. Reading it became part of my mindfulness practice. The quotes were brilliant. If you are looking for a book for the new year, I recommend this as a way to practice mindfulness each day.
